Process Service

Service Jobs 

All service jobs include notarized return of service.

  • Routine Service: $75
    • First attempt within 4 days
    • 4 attempts over 12 days including 1 morning attempt, 1 evening attempt, 1 weekend attempt, and 1 other attempt
    • Piggy-back service: additional $30 each
  • Rush Service: $125
    • First attempt within 48 hours
    • 4 attempts over 6 days including 1 morning attempt, 1 evening attempt 1 weekend attempt (if possible), and 1 other attempt
    • Piggy-back service: additional $50 each
  • Same Day Service $185
    • First attempt on the same day OR within 24 hours if job assigned after 2 pm local time
    • 4 attempts over 4 days (1 attempt every day)
    • Piggy-back service: additional $50 each
  • Emergency Service $250
    • First attempt on the same day OR by 10 am the next morning is job assigned after 5 pm local time
    • 4 attempts over 3 days
    • Piggy-back service: additional $75 each

Post Jobs

All post jobs include certified return of service. Extra $10 charge applied for notarized return of service for post jobs.

  • Post jobs 
    • Routine (2-4 day post): $50
    • 24 hour rush post: $65
    • 12 hour rush post: $90
    • Emergency (same day OR by 10 am the next morning is job assigned after 5 pm local time): $120

Envelope Jobs

All envelope jobs include certified return of service. Extra $10 charge applied for notarized return of service for envelope jobs.

  • Envelope jobs:
    • Routine (7 day completion window): $50
    • Rush (3 day completion window): $65
    • Same Day (same day OR within 24 hours if job assigned after 2 pm local time): $90
    • Emergency (same day OR by 10 am the next morning is job assigned after 5 pm local time): $120

Short Distance (drop off location within 20 miles from pick up location)

  • Routine Delivery (delivery completed within 2 business days): $35
  • Rush Delivery (delivery completed within 24 hours): $55 
  • Same Day Delivery (delivery on the same day if job assigned before 3 pm local time OR the next morning by 11 am local time if job assigned after 3 pm local time): $85
  • Emergency Delivery (delivery on same day, unless drop location closed, then delivery next day within 1 hour of open time of drop location): $115

 

Medium Distance (drop off location within 21-50 miles from pick up location)

All additional fees go to courier

  • Routine Delivery (delivery completed within 2 business days): base $35 PLUS additional $0.75 / mile over 15 miles
  • Rush Delivery (delivery completed within 24 hours): base $55 PLUS additional $1.00 / mile over 15 miles
  • Same Day Delivery (delivery on the same day OR the next morning by 11 am local time if job assigned after 4 pm local time): $85 PLUS additional $1.50 / mile over 15 miles
  • Emergency Delivery (delivery on same day, unless drop location closed, then delivery next day at within 1 hour of open time of drop location): $115 PLUS additional $2.00 / mile over 15 miles

 

Long-distance Courier service (drop off location over 50 miles from pick up location)

  • Routine Delivery (delivery completed within 2 business days): base $35 PLUS additional $1.25 / mile over 15 miles
  • Rush Delivery (delivery completed within 24 hours): base $55 PLUS additional $2.00 / mile over 15 miles
  • Same Day Delivery (delivery on the same day OR the next morning by 11 am local time if job assigned after 4 pm local time): $85 PLUS additional $2.75 / mile over 15 miles
  • Emergency Delivery (delivery on same day, unless drop location closed, then delivery next day at within 1 hour of open time of drop location): $115 PLUS additional $3.50 / mile over 15 miles

    • Emergency (same day, unless courthouse closed, then next day within 1 hour of open time): $125 service fee PLUS any additional court filing fee
